SLALOM OF SYMMONS
The Slalom Of Symmons - Cams sponsored junior development day was held at Symmons Plains raceway. Primarily aimed at introducing newcomers and juniors, from 12 years of age upwards, to a simple form of motor sport.The event was open to regular members as well. There were enough available places within the entry limit, with approximately 50 contestants enjoying the freezing cold conditions. Can't say the same for the officials out in the blustery cold conditions.
.The event was run on the concrete skip pan area at rear of the pits. .
Vehicle requirements were basic road worthiness. No special clothing or helmets were required.
